Après-Tivo is the Resort’s new happy hour and Tavernetta Vail’s high altitude twist on the Italian social tradition of Aperitivo, where friends gather for drinks and light fare before dinner. Après-Tivo is offered daily from 3:00-5:00pm, both inside at the bar and on Tavernetta Vail’s terrace. For the complete Après-Tivo experience, swing by the restaurant’s “Spritz Window,” a nod to the wine windows found throughout Tuscany and Northern Italy, where guest can “Buzz for Spritz.”
