General Manager, Tavernetta Vail
Originally hailing from Boston, Jay Havey has over a decade of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Four Seasons Vail in May 2024, Havey worked as Food & Beverage Manager at Boston’s Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton and at The Colonnade Hotel. At Four Seasons Vail, he oversees the daily operations of Tavernetta Vail in partnership with Frasca Hospitality Group.
As General Manager of Tavernetta Vail, Havey helps bring Frasca Hospitality Group’s award-winning hospitality to fruition, developing the restaurant’s sense of place within the alpine landscape and bringing la dolce vita to Four Seasons Vail. In his role, Havey additionally fosters the development of the restaurant’s teams, service, and culture, curating the restaurant’s personal touches and emphasizing the importance of accessibility and connection with both hotel guests and locals.
